Detroit Band Saw is a full service distributor of welded-to-length band saw blades, new and pre-owned saws, saw repair, coolants and other related products. We weld our band saw blades in-house, from 1/8" through 3-1/8", and inventory thousands of feet of bi-metal, carbon, and carbide band saw stock allowing us to rapidly service our customers' needs. Emergency orders are handled within an hour, while standard orders are shipped the same/next day. The manufactures we represent include Wikus, Simonds, Roentgen, M.K. Morse, Bahco, Disston, and Simmons.
In addition to band saw blades, we provide assistance in the selection and acquisition of new and pre-owned saws. We are authorized distributors for the following saw manufacturers: Hyd-Mech, H.E.M, Cosen, Clausing, Kalamazoo, Tannewitz, Wellsaw, Grob, Roll-In, and W.F. Wells. Other brands are also available upon request to best fit your requirements. Saw Parts, Saw Repair and Preventative Maintenance Programs are available for most brands of saws.
Detroit Band Saw inventories a full line of metalworking fluids. Sawzit is a full synthetic lubricant designed specifically for sawing applications. Sawzit 2000 is a semi-synthetic fluid that is our most popular, and used for sawing applications as well. Coolant King is a soluble oil, and can be used for a variety of heavy-duty metalworking applications. We have an extensive offering of fluids for all metalworking applications. Whatever your need, we have the right coolant for you.
