Morse Metal Devil Saw Blades cut through steel as easily as traditional circular saw blades cut through soft pine 2 x 4's. They cut smoothly and cleanly through steel plate, angle iron, channel iron, aluminum plate, steel studs and other tough metal parts. A Metal Devil blade can cut through 6" x 1/4" thick steel plate in approximately 12 seconds!

When we demonstrate the Metal Devil Blade we ask viewers to touch the freshly cut metal edges. People are amazed to find the metal cool to the touch. The unique metallurgy of the carbide tips means there is minimal heat transferred to the inner plate. Most of the heat remains in the chips. Consequently, Metal Devil Blades save even more time by allowing you to handle parts immediately after cutting. Blades are available starting from 5-3/8" up to 14" diameter. Morse Metal Devil Blades will work on any professional quality circular saw. However, they reach their full potential when used on specially constructed metal-cutting circular saws. These metal-cutting saws utilize unique motors allowing them to maintain higher torque while cutting through tough metals. Metal-cutting saws are also safer to use since they prevent chips from flying and have special chip collection chambers. The Evolution Saws are designed for use with the Metal Devil Saw Blades.
