Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Note: Welded blades cannot be cancelled. If the order has already been sent to our supplier, we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. Call Customer Service for return instructions.

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
Damaged or defective products may be returned for credit or replacement. Please call Customer Service for assistance.

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
You will be notified when the item will ship and/or offered a replacement item that will perform as well as, or better than the ordered item.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to all retail orders. If you are non-taxable, please submit proof at the time of order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders the same day, or the next day at the latest. Exceptions would include backordered items and special orders. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 7 business days.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery.

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order, just specify the address you want to ship your merchandise to. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination. Most items are shipped via UPS and charges are based on prices in effect at the time of order. We also include a small handling charge for packaging costs.
